Before I started the final process, I wanted to experiment with perspective to ensure my composition was accurate. After applying a grid outlining the three points of perspective, I noticed that some of my angles were off. This, along with having more space on a 16:9 canvas would mean I would have more surface to fill...
I also developed upon my pencil sketch by experimenting with rough lighting ideas. I liked the visuals of a light source behind the foreground, as it makes the centre structure more dramatic, emphasising its chrome metallic exterior.
