Interior Establishing Shot

After receiving some feedback on my Interior establishing composition, I decided to edit some of its characteristics, making its links back to the Armilla extract stronger. I chose to scrap the cave environment depicted in the previous pencil sketch and focus on a derelict skyscraper. Props such as gas canisters, broken pipes, stalactites, broken masonry, tarpaulin and moving apparatuses help make this composition readable. The new idea behind this composition focuses on mankind and the footprint left as the nymphs took over the city of Armilla.

Lighting experimentation:

I think that sunset colours would cast some really interesting reflections onto the foreground of this composition whilst making the skyline in the background prominent from yellows, oranges. blues and purples. 

Perspective experimentation:

Following the perspective grid should give me a realistic image that demonstrates the condition of the derelict foreground and the futuristic city skyline background.
