Character Developments

I found previous designs of this character challenging to keep consistent. I decided to simplify the 'activity coordinator's face and skeleton, making angles and expressions easier to produce.

In my 'script to screen' story, this page of characters are kept together and are relatively unimportant. I therefore wanted to begin their design process with strong silhouettes and body shapes, rather than worrying about facial details.

A contrast to the other characters, square shapes and aggressive features cut through the other character designs and create variation.

The hidden protagonist of my story, therefore requires the most relatable features and personality. The most 'human' design.

Experimenting with pupil character designs, variation between the three that appear will be important for comedic effect.

Developing further on the activity coordinator, detailed expressions from different angles.

developed silhouettes for the aerobic grans, exaggerated shapes and facial features.
